Well with only a couple weeks of doing this workout routine, and trying to eat healthy. I mean trying. I eat pretty healthy anyway, but it is a struggle. I always feel good after eatting healthy but my natural instinct is fatting foods. I relucently eat my fruits and veggies. I have trained Eliza to eat mostly fruits and veggies all day. She loves it! Like yesterday, she ate oranges, a banana, snap peas, carrots, celery, strawberries, 3 all fruit straps (we were in the car), and of course ceral and a sandwich. So with her example it is easier for me to try to do the same. I have shed off all the pounds from having Samuel! I can't believe I finally did it!
Well on to toning and getting back to the weight I was before Eliza!

Hey, congratulations! Fun to see you have a bog too. This is the Raina I think it is, right?? From the singles ward? I couldn't find a picture big enough to let me be sure, although your long curly hair is pretty distinct and fairly visible in the small family shot. Give us an updated photo once you are ready to show off your new figure!! :) Again, congrats!
Congratulations! Raina you will have to give me some tips on how to lose that baby weight. Losing those last ten pounds always seems to be the hardest. I am so glad we can keep in contact with our blogs. We gave Grandma Smith/Fuller our blog address so she could see what is going on here in Texas. Talk to you soon.
Yeah I am a little bit of a bragger on this site! But hey I have never been able to lose weight on a plan! So if someone going to pat myself on the back it better start somewhere.
Good job Raina! That is an accomplishment for sure! now all you have to do is get Dale to loose all of his baby weight too! I'm aloud to say that cuz I know Dale so well!!
