Family reunion

This last weekend was the Tenney reunion! I didn't expect much, or more like I didn't know what to expect. This was my very first Tenney reunion I have ever been to. Nikki Coon and Dene Buxton planned the whole event, after a whole year of planning. It was at the Anderson's Carter School- Heritage Academy. I think probably 300 people came to the event, so an awesome turn out! The school had a fence with a playground and a huge soccer field area in the back. It was every parents and kids dream. So the kids ran wild and had a blast, and the parents mingled and hung out.
The weather was pretty good until Saturday night it got really windy. So windy enough it busted down tents. Luckily Dale got us a classroom. So we slept comfortably, and didn't have to pay for a hotel. It was awesome, I love free! That was so nice of the Anderson's to have us stay in a classroom and have the reunion be at their school.
I didn't participate in most of the activities since Samuel had to take naps and he was a little sick. But Sam, Siara, Cousin Lane (can't remember his first name), and I sang a song for the talent show. It turned out great! Lots of fun talents and Tenney spirit! It was great getting to know a lot of new people and just relaxing with the great weather and good food.
